Welcome to Storlly. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Storlly mobile application and related services. Please read them carefully.
By creating an account or using Storlly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of Storlly after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Storlly. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms.
To use Storlly, you must create an account with a valid phone number, a unique username, and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You retain ownership of the content you create and share on Storlly, including photos, videos, text overlays, stickers, and drawings. By posting content, you grant Storlly a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the app for the purpose of providing and improving our services. You are solely responsible for the content you post and must ensure it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
Stories on Storlly are designed to be ephemeral and automatically expire after 12 hours from the time of posting. Once expired, stories are permanently deleted from our servers. You may save your own stories to your permanent gallery before they expire. Storlly is not responsible for any content lost due to expiration.
Gallery items are permanently saved content that does not expire. You may organize gallery items into highlight collections. You can delete gallery items and highlights at any time. Deleted content is permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
Storlly enforces a maximum of 12 friends per user to encourage meaningful connections. Friend requests must be accepted by the recipient. You can remove friends, block users, and control who can view your stories and send you messages through your privacy settings.
All Storlly accounts are private by default. Your stories are only visible to accepted friends. You control your privacy settings including story visibility, who can reply to your stories, and who can message you. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
You agree not to: • Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene • Impersonate any person or entity • Use the app for any commercial purpose without our written consent • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems • Upload viruses, malware, or any other malicious code • Interfere with or disrupt the app or its servers • Collect or harvest user data without consent • Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations • Bully, intimidate, or harass other users • Share another user's private content without their consent
Storlly has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. Users may report objectionable content or abusive behavior directly within the app via the reporting feature. All reports are reviewed by our moderation team, and objectionable content will be removed within 24 hours of a valid report. Users who violate our community standards may have their accounts suspended or permanently banned without prior notice.
Storlly provides the ability to block users who engage in objectionable behavior. Blocked users cannot view your profile, stories, or send you messages. We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate any account at our sole discretion if we determine the content or behavior violates these Terms of Service.
By using Storlly, you acknowledge and agree that Storlly may monitor, review, and remove user-generated content to enforce these policies. For questions or concerns about content moderation, contact us at business@lqgroup.sd.
Storlly and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Storlly and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Storlly name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Storlly.
Storlly is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for any content posted by users.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Storlly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the app.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms of Service, is harmful to other users or to us, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app. Your continued use of Storlly after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
